Minutes from the beach, one can drive along the shore for miles and picnic, swim and play in the sun wherever the heart desires. Ride horseback on the shore or visit Padre Island National Seashore Park for world-class bird watching. Plan and you might spot turtles hatching. This home is a vacation destination. The space The two-story townhouse backs up to a gorgeous canal. One bedroom and walk in shower are located on the main floor with a well stocked kitchen and expansive, comfortable living room backing up to the waterfront deck. A second bedroom, full bath, and laundry area are located on the second floor. There are no stairs to enter the home. There are 3 stairs out to the deck and a few steps down to the water level. There are no particular handicap features. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and deck (excluding locked areas). The kitchen, living room, a bedroom, walk-in bath & deck are on the first floor. A second bedroom, full bathroom, & laundry are on the second floor. Locked doors indicate that an area is inaccessible to guests and a Ring device covers a locked upstairs room. Other things to note The deck off of this home has direct access to the water. Therefore, the home is not suitable for children under 12 years old. A boat slip may be available at an additional charge. Availability/use will be determined on a case to case basis.
