This cozy room has two bunk beds, a closet, a table and chairs. *The bathroom is in the hallway, shared with other guests The room is on the first floor, overlooking the garden, with great Wi-Fi, ideal for a home office. Enjoy lots of comfort and a homey feeling during your stay! The space The house is in the Jardim Botânico neighborhood, a quiet and residential neighborhood. We have other rooms on the property, all themed, honoring Curitiba. So, you'll have the opportunity to meet other travelers in the common areas :) For 12 years, we have been working as a hostel, being the best rated in the city on most websites. And now we've adapted our space to AirBnb, so our guests have even more comfort and privacy. But what never changes is the love, affection and joy with which we welcome everyone! Guest access In the common areas of the house, shared with other guests, you will have access to the bathroom, a full kitchen (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.), pantry, living room, work/study space. We have a patio with some parking spaces. As spaces are limited, it is necessary to book in advance and check availability. Parking is paid separately. There are also several parking spots on the street in front, so it's pretty easy to park. We are close to the wonderful Botanical Garden, Curitiba's postcard, and with easy access to tourist attractions. We are close to the tour bus stop, Rodoferroviária, Municipal Market, universities, hospitals. In the region, there are supermarkets (3 blocks), bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Our check-in time is from 2 p.m., and check-out time is by 11 a.m. - Out of respect for other guests and neighbors, silence must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. - The entry of unregistered persons is prohibited. - No parties allowed. - We do not accept animals. - Smoking is not allowed in any of the indoor areas (neither in the rooms nor in the common areas). - Our parking lot has limited spaces, so it is necessary to check availability in advance and make a reservation. The amount is R$ 15.00 per day. - Extra bed and bath linens or mid-stay cleaning are charged separately.
