The Victorian Resort requires a one-time Resort fee on of $35 that covers parking for up to 2 vehicles, wristbands, and codes for amenities that will be given to you upon front desk check in when you arrive. Each condo is owned individually the front desk will not have key access to the condo however when booked you will get the entry code to the condo a day before check-in. No pets are allowed on premises. Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests. A violation will end your contract, and you will be asked to vacate. Other things to note The Victorian charges a parking fee of $35 per vehicle for the entire stay BUT GOOD news is you have beach access is right across the street and NO NEED to pay for seawall parking. The parking FEE is not included in the airbnb price/fee's. It is paid directly to the front desk by card only when you arrive. ELEVATORS: This condo is on the first floor. However, ground level is parking then steps or elevators to get to the condo on which is considered the first floor. There is an elevator. However, there have been times when the elevator is out of service. We do our best to inform the guests if the elevator is not working, but unfortunately, there will be times when we are unaware.
