The Carpe Diem Ancona (CIN: IT042002C2QES7XXGV - CIR: 042002-AFF-00065) is located in a quiet area, but close to important communication routes. It is an apartment consisting of 4 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single and 2 double or double of your choice) 2 bathrooms and the practical living area with kitchenette. The space The large and bright room 2 is a classic-style double room with fine finishes, complete with SmartTV and air conditioning. It is equipped with Himalayan Salt lamps that, in addition to making the environment healthier, seem to promote concentration, improve productivity and positively affect the functioning of the immune system. The room is equipped with a private terrace from which you can enjoy a glimpse of the Adriatic Sea and, in the background, the Marina of Ancona. Guest access Guests will have free access to their Room, bathroom (shared or not depending on the reservation made) and the living area common to all guests equipped with tables, chairs and a 42"Smart TV and air conditioning. The living area is complete with a kitchenette with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop and washing machine. The room has a balcony with a beautiful open view of the hills. During your stay By prior arrangement, I am available for a possible private shuttle service to/from the nearby Ancona train station and the port of Ancona (free of charge) or to/from Ancona-Falconara Airport (with a surcharge of €15.00 per trip). Other things to note Room 2 has an adjacent bathroom for exclusive use. Upon request, for a possible third person, it is also possible to have Room 1 available, which can share the same bathroom at an additional cost of 30 euros per day.
