Sa Murtera des Pagos is a country house of Majorcan style situated near Manacor and Sant Llorenç, in the East of Mallorca. Its privileged location gives us spectacular views of the nature. The space The Traditional ancient farmhouse has a capacity for 9 people, 5 bedrooms and 3 indoor bathrooms. The ground floor of the house includes a living room, a dining room with arched stone ceiling a long wooden table complete with pew like benches. The kitchen with its own ancient fireplace is equipped all electrical appliance you need. There are also two twin bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. The upper floor of the house has a terrace with beautiful views to the pool and the garden. Three bedrooms (two double and one single) and two bathrooms. The house has air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms At the front of the house there is a small covered lean-to porch with BBQ, sink and table and chairs, as well as an outdoor dining table and benches and a bathroom. A path through the lawn and gardened areas leads to the pool area complete with several sunbeds to relax and sunbathe. In addition, there is an extra indoor area, a former barn which has been restored and decorated with antique farm tools. It has a large dining table and ping pong table, a BBQ area complete with sink and work top. There are two toilets at the pool side and various areas to sit and dine in the shade and enjoy your culinary delights outdoors. The exterior of the house is surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation as fruit trees (olives and almonds), creating a unique and quiet place. There is no better place to experience and enjoy a deep sense of peace and tranquility. Other things to note Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, the final cleaning and other costs (water and gas). Not included in the price is the electricity expense, cost of 20€ per day payable on arrival . Not included is the government Ecotax (2.20€ per adult/day) payable by bank transfer or credit card a maximum of 30 days prior to arrival.
