The space Penthouse 31 offers an expansive four-bedroom - 3 bathroom layout, perfect for families, groups, or those seeking a spacious getaway. Guest access The open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area feature a 50-inch Smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Step out onto the deck overlooking lively Courtenay Place to take in the city's vibrant energy. Upstairs, each bedroom invites you to relax in comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare your own meals, while the city's best restaurants and eateries are just outside your door for when you want to dine out. For your convenience, the penthouse features three full bathrooms, each stocked with essentials like soap, shampoo, hairdryers, and fresh towels. A combo washer and dryer and laundry powder are also provided for extended stays. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the decks, ensuring a private and comfortable experience throughout their stay. Other things to note Guests must be at least 18 years old in order to make a reservation or complete a purchase through our site or any other booking channels. Check-in is from 3pm. Early check-in is subject to availability on the day of arrival. All bookings are required to fill up a secured online registration form prior to receiving the check in instruction in the morning of arrival. An email address must be provided after booking in order for the online registration link to be sent successfully and to avoid waiting time. Check-out time is 11 am. We request that guests fully vacate the apartment by this time. Belongings cannot be stored in the room after this time. Late check-out is subject to availability, must be pre-arranged and may incur additional charges.
