The first bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom that has a tub shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and a gorgeous en suite bathroom that has a walk in shower and stunning stand alone tub. The final bedroom has two queen beds with a hallway bathroom with a tub shower. When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area. Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more! There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests. **All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification** *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance.
