The primary guest has to be at least 21 years old and all additional guests at least 18 years old. ⇢ All children, including babies, under the age of 18 are not allowed and will be considered a violation of the house rules and accords us the right to cancel the reservation at will. ▶▶▶ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ⇢ Due to our location you can LITERALLY walk to everything, or you can consider renting the number one mode of transportation in Key West, which is bicycles. AND YES, WE HAVE THAT TOO! ⇢ If you are flying to Key West, you really don't need to rent a car or consider not renting a car, however, we do have limited PARKING on-site based on a first-come/first-serve basis for a small fee of $30 per day. Our friendly front desk can give you as well, alternative parking options nearby. ⇢ PARKING is limited, based on first come first serve basis, for an additional fee of $30/day. ⇢ Towels, linen, iron/ironing boards, and bathroom amenities can be delivered upon request, in a contactless manner, as well as retrieving any trash. This beautiful Loft is on the second floor and offers a beautiful view of our courtyard. Our property, surrounded by palm tress and lush gardens, invites you to take a moment to relax in the lagoon style pool or in the spacious Jacuzzi. Our courtyard will lead you to our breeze great room where complimentary breakfast and Happy Hour are served daily. Other things to note • The Cabana Inn is an adult-exclusive hotel. The primary guest registered to the room must be at least 21 years of age or older. Additional guests must be at least 18 years of age. A pet fee of $150 would be charged if pets are found on the premises! • An Amenity Fee of $29.99 (plus sales tax) per room/per day will be collected at the property on the day of arrival and is not included within the taxes and fees amount collected by Airbnb. • Due to Covid, there is no traditional daily housekeeping service, but towels, linen, iron/ironing boards, and bathroom amenities can be delivered upon request, in a contactless manner, as well as retrieving any trash. • Our HAPPY HOUR is available from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, in the lobby. • We are not back to a full breakfast bar, due to Covid, however, we are offering FREE continental breakfast from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
