The space Our property is located inside Cenotes Casa Tortuga Park, in the heart of the Mayan Jungle of Tulum, surrounded by nature and lush vegetation. By staying with us, you’ll enjoy a different kind of experience: an authentic, natural jungle setting—perfect for those looking to disconnect and enjoy the scenery. 🌿 Being in the jungle, it is normal to have a humid climate. There may also be mosquitoes, which is common in the area, so we recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort. 🚗 When staying in a jungle setting, it is necessary to walk some distances to reach different areas. The hotel area is located approximately 600 meters from the cenotes and restaurants. We recommend arriving by vehicle for greater comfort, especially if you plan to go out for dinner or visit other destinations outside the property. 🐒 The hotel is surrounded by nature and is home to different species that live freely, such as birds, iguanas, and spider monkeys. They are harmless and part of the charm of the place, so you may see them during your stay. 💧 Your reservation includes access to Cenotes Casa Tortuga Park and a guided tour of 4 cenotes, including 2 open cenotes and 2 underground cavern-style cenotes. 🏞️ The park is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and offers services and activities to make your visit more complete, such as: Restaurants and snack bar Lockers Life jackets Kayak Zipline ATV tour Guest access The hotel pools are available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Access to the Cenotes Casa Tortuga Park is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For organization and safety reasons, entry to the park is only allowed during these hours, and access is not permitted outside of this schedule. Thank you for respecting these hours, as they help us ensure a better experience, comfort, and safety for all guests. Other things to note The park’s restaurants are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, no food service is offered on the property. Our hotel is located in a natural area, so there are no nearby restaurants, supermarkets, or convenience stores. For this reason, we recommend that guests arrive by vehicle or bring their own food and drinks, especially if they plan to arrive in the afternoon or would like to have something outside service hours, for greater comfort during their stay.
