Gallery Garden Flat

This lovely listed period property is situated in the heart of the Old Town of Hastings, on the iconic High Street. The location makes it perfect for restaurants, shops, the beach and all of the delights that the old town has to offer. This property is a basement garden flat situated beneath our working gallery, open between 11-4. There will be a small amount of activity during these hours. The space This property is a basement garden studio flat with a patio garden for use during your stay. Tastefully decorated with lots of character. The property consists of one room with a separate kitchen and bathroom with large shower. There is a double bed and a 4ft sofa bed for two small children or one older child. We also can supply a travel cot for babies. The patio area has outside lighting, table and chairs. We ask that there is no noise after 10pm. We supply bedding and towels and lots of kitchen staples. Shower gel and hand wash also available. Guest access Private entrance through a locked garden gate which you will only have access to. There are 5 deep steps down to the door of the flat. Other things to note There is no private parking at the property as we are on the High Street. However there are many pay and display spaces available and local carparks in walking distance. There is also a loading bay outside the property for luggage drop off. We allow up to 2 friendly dogs. With a pet fee of £15 per dog. Please add the pets to your booking. NB the shower is 5.11'' so tall people may have to bend a little!
