The space This pet friendly* 1300 sqft. modern home is built directly on the beach and displays large picture windows bringing in the stunning views of the Hood Canal fjord, the Olympic Mountains, rich wildlife and rainbows. The high tide goes all the way up to the house; you feel like you are on a houseboat! Kick back and relax in this spacious, bright, modern and very comfortable home. The bedroom is outfitted with Tuft & Needle California King bed and a Queen sofa bed. The master bathroom brings on the spa vibes with a large, open shower and soaking tub overlooking the fjord & mountains. A spacious balcony with comfortable chairs, sun chairs, and a motorized awning and infrared heater lets you enjoy the beautiful outdoors comfortably all year round. The downstairs is ready for your culinary creations, lounging & entertainment with its fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware & appliances, a high table with 4 chairs, a 70" smart TV with entertainment system (Cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime) and Natuzzi sofa and swivel arm chair, and gas fireplace. If you need to work there is a work station for you. For sleeping downstairs, there is an inflatable queen bed and single pull out bed. Just outside on the lower level there is a patio with an outdoor 4 person table, a hot tub, sun chairs, and wood fire pit - all yours only. A vegetation privacy wall provides privacy from the other rental, and the hot tub is further protected as it’s tucked in by a wall that wraps around it. The dock, kayaks and paddle boards are shared between the two rental properties. Life vests for infants, children and adults are available. This home can be kept at just the right temperature for you with its gas fireplace and central heat pump with A/C. * PET POLICY: Pets are allowed with our approval only. The pet fee is $17/night per pet plus tax. The indoors is child safe (baby gate is available at the top of the stairs) whereas the outdoors is safe for older children only with supervision. The kitchen is fully stocked and we provide salt, pepper, olive oil, various seasonings, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baking sheet; a large selection of utensils, pots and pans; blender, toaster, cutting boards, knives, ice machine, convection oven, and full sized appliances. If you have a boat you’d like to bring, you could potentially dock it at our dock (depending on size). Alderbrook Resort just 3 minutes away has mooring as well; if you dock at Alderbrook you can use their shuttle (complimentary) to transfer to and from the boat.
