Cozy apartment with kitchenette, bathroom

There are only 2 cozy apartments in our Lux Houses facility. We create our facilities to make you feel at home. We make every effort to ensure that the atmosphere is friendly and open, which you can see in the comments on the portals. The apartment is about 30 sq m. Outside there is a jacuzzi - extra charge. There is also a garden for you to relax, play badminton, have a barbecue or a bonfire. Guest access Garden, barbecue, bonfire, jacuzzi - only by prior reservation and payment Other things to note The Jacuzzi is additionally payable - you must report your desire to use it at the latest the day before arrival because the Jacuzzi is prepared only at the request of the Guest and heats up for a long time - it is not heated constantly. The fee is charged when you request to use the hot tub and when it is turned on to heat up. The day before arrival, please also provide an approximate time of arrival 😊
