The recently built Opera B&B has been designed so that you can feel at home. This miniature hotel consists of 4 rooms spread over two floors connected by an elegant marble staircase. Possibility of parking space, extra service at a cost of +10€ per night not included in the booking and subject to availability. The parking space is not suitable for LPG-fuelled cars. The space The property is at your complete disposal, provided you respect the rules and the house itself. Inside, you will find all the comforts of a normal home for an enjoyable stay. For services that are less visible and require special attention, in order to be able to guarantee it to all our guests, it is best to ask at Reception. Guest access The breakfast room is shared with guests and is intended exclusively for BREAKFAST USE. FOOD PREPARATION is strictly PROHIBITED, and any infringement will incur a PENALTY of €50. Guests are required to leave the parts used clean and not to leave food unattended. If you wish to store something in the fridge/freezer, you are required to affix an identification label with the name of your room to avoid misunderstandings with other guests. The staff assumes no responsibility in the event of loss of food or objects. For uses of the area other than those indicated, the authorisation of the housekeeper is required, and any infringement entails a PENALTY of €50. The booking guarantees exclusive access to the Opera B&B property, limited to the room booked and the included amenities and services. Access to the room and common transit area is reserved exclusively for those who booked the reservation and identified themselves at check-in with identification documents. It is essential that the number of guests corresponds to the number indicated in the reservation; those who book for a guest are unable to access additional people, even temporarily, since the only presence is considered to be the use of the service. No third-party bookings, where the guest is not the actual guest. These rules are established to ensure the safety of guests and comply with the rules of the platform, house, Italian law, and common sense. Failure to comply with these rules is criminally punishable. During your stay We remind our kind guests that the property offers assistance for check-in according to appointment, between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. You will be contacted to arrange schedules and arrangements. There is a possibility to check in outside normal hours on request! This courtesy service is in total self mode, so it is not assisted, and is subject to availability. It must be confirmed by our staff and it is not possible to use it arbitrarily.
