The space You may recognize this beautiful loft; now back to being managed by owner since March 2023; the same person who created and ran the bed and breakfast next door for years. For those whom stayed with us, welcome back! For those of you coming for the first time, bienvenue! You will love this atypical and spacious sunny loft. Note that it is on two floors...the mezzanine is an extra 'plus' ...note however it does not have a bed and is not intended for sleeping purposes. The mezzanine provides an even more gorgeous view of the estuary. It has two oversize bags and a small desk..for those of you who choose to work ! A great nap area; just enough space for a cosy- cosy snuggle together ! Guest access You have access to your grand apartment on the third floor (easy stairs but be aware) You have shared access to a small courtyard garden; it has a table and chairs and you are welcome to smoke there. This courtyard garden is shared by two other couples in the two other and only apartments in the building. Non adaptive PMR Other things to note Oh my goodness! There's so much history in this house inside as well as outside. Happy to share as much as you are interested in. I love the exposed beams, grand size of the place, knowing who has resided here..its a special, 'solid' place..it will be here much longer than you or I, and I am honored to share it with you.
