Unit size is 600sq/ft and is on the 3rd floor with no elevators. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire condo — including two private bedrooms, a cozy living area with futon, balcony overlooking the pool, and a fully stocked kitchen perfect for morning coffee or light meals. You’ll also enjoy use of the fenced-in community swimming pool, poolside grilling station, and easy public beach access just across the street. It’s everything you need for a simple, relaxing getaway just steps from the sand and minutes from Murrells Inlet’s best attractions. 🚶‍♀️ Please note: the condo is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator. The view is worth the stairs — but we want all guests to feel confident and comfortable during their stay. 🏖️ Quiet, peaceful, and convenient — this is your private retreat to relax, recharge, and enjoy your happy place on the South Carolina coast. Also, please be conscious of our full-time neighbors.. Motorcycles are allowed and are provided with a very unique amenity, which is covered parking. We do not allow trailers, but there is two parking spaces available. Other things to note We kindly ask that all guests be 21 years or older and bring a valid ID for check-in. The person who books with us should be here with y’all for the whole stay — we like to keep things safe and sweet. Our little community’s HOA doesn’t allow pets. Any pet-related fines will need to be covered by the guest. Now what makes our community special is we do have a very rare amenity, which is covered motorcycles for all of you coming in for bike week or your joyriding. We don’t allow trailers, but there are two parking spaces. If you have a truck, please park in the open spot and use common sense. Now, just a heads up — our condo is on the third floor, and there’s no elevator. We know those stairs can be a bit of a climb, but we promise the lovely views and cozy space make it worth it! Laundry’s easy to take care of, right on the first floor — just bring along $3 in quarters for each wash and dry cycle. If anything comes up while you’re here — a little hiccup or something that needs fixin’ — please don’t hesitate to reach out to us first. You must use the parking pass provided or you risk being towed at your own expense. If you have a car, please park under the port and save the open spaces for trucks! Poor reviews for things out of my control such as weather, nature, or acts of other persons will be removed. Please contact me with any internal issue and allow a reasonable time for resolution. ( example: too many stairs or a unforeseen pool maintenance issue is not in my control) On the first Wednesday of every month, the condo sends a bug guy to spray the patio.
