No cats please. We have a very strict adherence to cleanliness. The space Cottage A is a 320 square foot efficiency house lovingly built by Denny Bellson and Kelly Martin in 2017. The space has a very nice Queen sized Simmons Pillow Top bed. A folding bed for a child or small adult is also available Like fresh coffee in the morning? We buy our monsooned Indian coffee freshly roasted from Josuma Coffee Company and are equipped with a Breville Grind and Brew coffeemaker. Harney and Sons teas and an electric kettle are also available. Store your cold foods in the mini fridge and warm up supper in the microwave. The cottage also has a small electric skillet, bagel/bread toaster, plates, bowls, cups, wine tumblers, a cutting board, wine opener, can opener, pairing knife, and cutlery. Condiments include creamer, sugar, and zero calorie sugar. The bathroom is large with a toilet, wall sink and walk-in tiled shower. EO natural body wash and shampoo and lotion with lightly scented oils is provided, as well as natural conditioner, bath towels, wash cloths, make-up cloth and a bath mat. Cottage A has a Samsung QLED tv with user-login streaming apps and free digital content as well on YouTubeTV. A small table with two chairs makes for a comfortable space to eat or work. A dresser makes storing clothes easy for multiple night stays. The house is ADA Accessible. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and immediate grounds. Other things to note Parking: Parking is directly behind the cottage in the space marked "Van Accessible/Parking for Cottage A" Pets: We welcome up to two well-mannered, non-aggressive dogs. *We do not accept cats. Our pet policies can be found under House Rules and are a condition of your stay. Some of our policies do not apply to service animals as defined by Title II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We do not charge a dog fee, but you may be sent a payment request if you violate our pet policies. Flame producing devices prohibited on property.
