Cheerful Cottage on Joe’s Pond

Relax in this comfortable and peaceful cottage. You feel like you are in a tree house with a beautiful view of Joe's Pond. We have made some updates since purchasing in late 2021 that include new electrical, paint, new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, refrigerator, flooring in two rooms, furnishings and decor to enhance your stay. The cottage sits off of the water so you won't be bothered by the noise of watercrafts but has beautiful views from the deck, sun porch and 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The space More than 1400 sq ft. three bedrooms located downstairs (beds 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin), the fourth bedroom at the top of a spiral staircase has a twin trundle bed (sleeps 2) and a futon that when pulled out opens to a full/queen size bed and a fantastic view. We have an area for eating in the living room (table and 4 chairs) and a cafe table and 2 chairs on the sun porch. Deck with propane grill and outdoor furniture. Guest access Guests have the entire house, deck, dock and water access is just a small walk down a grassy 15 ft wide path. That grassy area can also be used for cornhole or just relaxing near the water. Other things to note The cottage is located on the third pond ( the largest of the 3 connected ponds) and just a short distance from the access where you can put your boat in the water. On the first you'll find Point Comfort a boat rental co, they also rent kayak's and paddle boards.
