"Un Lieu Unique" Le Lodge et le Dolce is just a 5-minute walk from Lake Annecy. These design apartments are set in different locations in Annecy's town center and are equipped with free WiFi. Each apartment at "Un Lieu Unique" has a living room with satellite TV and a fully-equipped kitchenette. The Dolce Apartment also features a private balcony that overlooks the Thiou Canal. "Un Lieu Unique" is next to the Saint-Pierre Cathedral and a 10-minute walk from Annecy Train Station. All of the apartments have a living room with satellite TV and a kitchenette. Extras in this apartment include views of the canal. The Lodge Apartment can only accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years old, or 12 years old maximum only if they are small. Adults will sleep in the large bed in the lower part of the apartment. Children will sleep in the small mezzanine located on the upper floor of the apartment. The height of the mezzanine ceiling is very low, and designed to accommodate children but not adults. The mezzanine has a 140 bed. Access via a mini staircase is secure but does not have a door.
