The flat with private balcony is located in the city centre but still quiet. It is located a few minutes away from Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Passeig de Gràcies etc. We recommend you to visit the district of Gràcia to discover another part of Barcelona. It is very well located to visit the city on foot or by public transport! The space The 55m2 flat has one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen and private balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the views of the city. Air conditioning located in the living room. Guest access You can use the whole flat. The flat has a cot and high chair available on request (not guaranteed) and at no extra cost. We offer a courtesy kit containing 1 bar of soap, 1 shampoo and 1 gel of 20 ml each. We provide 2-3 rolls of toilet paper in each washroom, towels (one large and one small) for each guest, sheets, and basic kitchen utensils. We do NOT provide salt, sugar, oil, etc. If you need anything during your stay (more towels, extra fans, blankets, etc) please do not hesitate to contact us.
