Seaview Garden Villa, Heated pool & Sauna

NOTICE 1: The heating of the pool and sauna is available upon request at least 4 days in advance, with an extra cost (covering the electricity cost). Please contact us for the price and details regarding the temperature that can be reached, which depends on the outside weather conditions. NOTICE 2: For winter reservations (November 1st to March 31st), please contact us before booking for details regarding the temperature of the pool. During winter time, it may not be possible to heat the pool! The space For 2027 season, from 1st April, the villa will have 4 bathrooms, instead of 3 that we have now. So “bedroom 1” will have an ensuite full bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet! Welcome to “Seaview Garden Villa by Harilao” GENERAL INFO Hello and welcome, my name is Harilao! Our villa is located 200 meters from the sandy beach of Kato Stalos, just a 2-minute walk away, at the top of a small hill. As you can imagine, the sea view is panoramic from almost every corner of the villa, both inside and outside! The small island across the way makes the scenery look like a piece of art! With 300 sq. meters inside and 600 sq. meters outside, the villa offers plenty of different and spacious areas, making it ideal for large groups and families to sit, relax, and eat while enjoying complete privacy. The villa was almost entirely renovated in 2022 with high-quality materials and modern design. All mattresses are anatomical and of the highest quality! FOR YOUR LITTLE BABIES We offer baby cots (beds) for your babies with two pairs of linen for frequent changes, a small bathtub, a stroller (pram), some toys and floor mats, and safety outlet covers. Additionally, as a pharmacist, I have everything you might need regarding milk bottles, milk powder, pacifiers, etc., available at my pharmacy. OUTSIDE Starting from the outside, there is the front yard with a swimming pool equipped with hydromassage for up to 6 people, sun beds, a large outdoor bed for 3 people, a large lounge area with a sectional sofa and an armchair. There is also a wooden playground for children with a slide and some pool toys! You can enjoy your hydromassage, bath, and sunbathing with the amazing sea view! Next, we have the side yard with an outdoor sauna, designed to look like a big wooden barrel and surrounded by trees for a calming atmosphere. There is also a barbecue and a wood-fired oven with a large dining table for 10-12 people, also surrounded by plenty of trees and plants in our garden! The barbecue is fully equipped, so you can grill your favourite meals, prepare your pizza, and enjoy your day. The wonderful and rich garden surrounds the villa, creating a very pleasant scenery for a small walk during the day or night! At the front side of the house, you will find 2 terraces. On the first floor, there is a big dining area where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner with the same outstanding view. On the top floor, there is another terrace with an even better panoramic view, situated between the bedrooms. It's the ideal spot for your breakfast and to relax before or after sleeping! All around the swimming pool area, barbecue, yards, and terraces, there is Wi-Fi internet connection. INSIDE THE VILLA As you enter the main entrance, there is a very large, sunny space with sea views from every corner. Here, you can find a wine cellar and the dining area with a large table to enjoy meals with your favourite people! Next, there is the living room with a fireplace, three large sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), and a flat-screen TV. You can relax here after your day, while listening to your favourite songs on the Marshall Woburn Bluetooth speaker! There is also air conditioning for your comfort. This space features hidden lighting, creating a calming atmosphere so you can relax at night and watch your favourite movie or enjoy a glass of wine! 4x BEDROOMS The bedrooms are all equipped with new anatomical Elite mattresses and luxuriously soft sheets (striped fabric), because we believe that sleep is a major part of anyone's holiday! As the owner of the villa, I'm pleased to offer you some complimentary treats as a welcome gift. These include a bottle of white wine, orange juice, bottled water, local extra virgin olive oil, breakfast items such as marmalades, honey, and toasted bread, as well as coffee capsules, filter coffee, and tea bags! Two of them were newly renovated in 2022. One is an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience, while the other is a spacious double bathroom, featuring a double shower and double sinks. Located between the master bedroom and the twin bedroom with two single beds, it’s ideal for families, allowing parents to stay close to their children while ensuring comfort for everyone. The third bathroom, built in 2025, is also an ensuite and features an amazing sky window above a large walk-in shower, allowing you to shower under the sun or stars—a truly unique and refreshing experience! All bathrooms are stocked with luxury "Abea" local brand toiletries, fluffy towels, slippers, and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're looking for a spa-like experience or a practical family-friendly setup, our bathrooms are designed to meet your needs! Guest access You have access to all areas of the villa, both inside and outside, except for a few spaces where we store cleaning supplies and other essentials.
