It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, Salt, and pepper shakers. Note on Resort Fee: Emerald Island Resort mandatory vehicle access passes can be purchased by guests ahead of arrival for a one-time fee of $21.50 ($20 for access pass + $1.50 in taxes at 7.5%) per access pass. You need one access pass per vehicle, with a min of 1 and a max of 6 per reservation. The fee is per stay and not per day. Guest access All our villas can be accessed via a secure keyless access code or electronic lock or lockbox feature. Access to the community is free but guests are required to purchase an access pass for each vehicle at a cost of $20 per vehicle (for the entire stay). Guests will have full access to the entire home. They will also have free access to all resort community features and common areas such as Club House, Gym, Internet Café, Swimming pools, Tennis courts, Volleyball Court, Walking trails and more. Other things to note Pool and spa heating is optional at $30/nt + tax and can be added with a confirmed reservation.
