1770 Sovereign Lodge Retreat

1770 Sovereign Lodge Retreat is a small, relaxed property in the heart of the Town of 1770, just a 1-minute walk from the beach, local restaurants, the park, and the marina for water activities and tours. The lodge features four self-contained suites with a simple, coastal feel and touches of Balinese-inspired décor. Each suite includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, a flat-screen TV, and WiFi access (available in most rooms). Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool with sun loungers, a BBQ area with outdoor seating, and a shared deck area with glimpses of the estuary and ocean. Our location makes us an ideal base for exploring 1770, Agnes Water, and the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Boat cruises to Lady Musgrave Island and other activities can be organized directly with local operators at the nearby marina. Agnes Water town center is just a 5-minute drive. This suite showcases breathtaking views from every room, with a wide private balcony overlooking the tranquil estuary, Bustard Bay, and the pool below. The spacious open-plan design includes a full kitchen, large living and dining areas, and Balinese-inspired furnishings throughout. The master bedroom features a beautiful four-poster bed and its own private bathroom. For added indulgence, the suite also includes a separate outdoor Bali-style bathroom. A charming loft bedroom provides additional sleeping space, accessible by ladder (not suitable for small children, elderly adults, or those with mobility concerns).
