You won’t experience anything like this at any other Airbnb. ☆☆DECKS☆☆ The main deck has a gas firepit table - both upstairs bedrooms also include a small deck with chairs This home is located in Penn Estates, which is as central of a location in the Poconos as you could possibly find! During the summer months, you will have lake and pool access, located right inside Penn Estates, just minutes from the home! Guest access This is a gated community. Community rules require that guests sign "short-term leases" with the community for the duration of their stay. These will be provided to guests following booking and at least 4 days prior to the arrival. To complete this paperwork, each guest must provide a copy of your drivers license and vehicle information. Guests will be given a gate pass for the duration of their stay. Guests will have full access to all of the property with the exception of 2 locked storage/linen closets. Other things to note Speed limit in the community is strict and enforced by security (25mph) - this is for the safety of children, pets and everyone. Quiet hours after 10pm No fireworks within the community No more than 4 people in the hot tub at one time. No glitter allowed (inside or outside) If using the outside water hose, please shut off immediately No candles inside of property Use of kayaks or canoe requires life vests - and boats must be locked back up after use Last minute bookings (within 4 days) will be charged an extra $45 to cover the community booking fee. Please make sure your booking includes the correct number of guests as this can impact the final price Please stay within property lines and do not trespass on neighbor properties - the yard has a clear boundaries with plants, stones, and logs outlining the property boundary There are 4 outside security cameras. 1) Front entrance, 2) rear deck, 3) upper rear Master deck, 4) upper rear guest deck No pets or animals.
