Welcome to "Good Times." The best of both worlds-- close to the beach with great views but on the bay with your own private dock! If you are looking for a good place to make memories, adventure outdoors, relax & soak up the sun & nature, our home is the place for you! Our fully furnished, newly remodeled 4bed/3bath home is waterfront with its own private pier where you can launch a kayak, fish, & catch crabs! This home has all of the comforts inside, & all of the adventure outside. The space Inside, is an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room with two French doors overlooking the beautiful Drum Bay. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with 1 full size bathroom, full-size stackable washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full size bathrooms, and a bunkroom upstairs in-between two bedrooms. There are Roku Smart TVs in 3 bedrooms along with 1 in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials as well as silverware, plates, and cups. Outside, enjoy the ocean breeze while grilling on the new gas BBQ pit or take the charcoal grill to the beach for an afternoon/evening cookout. Enjoy the outdoor dining table with each other’s company meanwhile soaking up the breathtaking sunsets that fall on the bay. If you have a boat, use the neighborhood boat ramp to cruise around, fish, or duck hunt. If you don’t have a boat, not a problem, take out one of the kayaks or catch redfish, trout, flounder, blue and stone crabs from the house’s private dock. Other things to note What’s Nearby: Come explore the wonderful beach town community of Surfside. Within our San Luis neighborhood, we have a private boat ramp where you can bring a boat and enjoy a day out on the water—fishing, duck hunting, or just soaking in nature. Drive 10 minutes to Surfside Jetty Park where you have free access to the harbor channel, pedestrian beach, and playground. Watch the ships come in while you fish and walk the flower and butterfly trails. Drive your car or boat to Dorado’s Dive Club. Book an awesome charter trip. Enjoy the harbor views, delicious food, beverages, great music, and an awesome atmosphere. Rent a golf cart and cruise around the beach or to a nearby restaurant. If all you want to do is relax, the outside deck and sunset views are incredibly peaceful.
