The George and Dragon Inn

Located in a small town, this inn provides real ale, good home-cooked food from local suppliers, a fine wine menu and live entertainment on a regular basis. The George & Dragon has a selection of comfortable rooms. As an old coaching inn, the rooms all have different character and layouts. All have private bathrooms, tea/coffee, TV, and Wi-Fi internet access. The inn features a yard with a heated parasol, secluded gardens, and ample parking at the rear. Live music is provided on Saturday nights until 23;00, as well as a disco party on Fridays until 23:30. Please note that this hotel is not near Stansted Airport, which is a 35-minute drive away. The 2 twin rooms are in the main building. One is upstairs, the other on the ground floor and with a street entrance so is ideal for disabled access.
