This solution of 2 apartments and 8 rooms is a perfect solution for big group. We can host groups of 16-19 guests without problems. The 2 apartment are in the same building and at the same floor. Two penthouse connected through a long balcony of 60 linear metres. The entry of each apartment is on a different stair ( A and B ) of the building but the apartments are connected through the balcony. Each apartment has a living room of 35 square metres and 4 double rooms. The space These are two adjacent apartments. The first apartment characterized by beautiful oak parquet in all rooms, has a living room with kitchen of 35 square meters, a triple bedroom with en-suite bathroom of 27 m², a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom of 18 m², two more rooms that share a single external bathroom of 17 and 10 m2 respectively. The second apartment (connected to the first through the balcony) is characterized by a stoneware floor that is the same in all rooms (including bathrooms). It also has a living room with kitchen of 35 m2, three bedrooms with internal bathroom of 17 m2 each and a bedroom with exclusive external bathroom also of approximately 17 m2. A total of two living rooms with kitchen of 35 m2 each, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Air conditioning in all rooms. Guest access Guests who rent this unique solution of two apartments will have exclusive use of both. They will therefore be able to use all the rooms including the kitchens. Each apartment has its own independent internet connection. The guest can also request a periodic cleaning service or change of linen with a supplement that will be established from time to time but which generally occurs at modest prices. Other things to note How to reach our address: - If you arrive at Fiumicino airport, I recommend you reach us with the FL1 regional train (47 minutes travel time, ten stops and approximately 8 euro ticket cost); the train connects Fiumicino “Leonardo da Vinci” airport to Tiburtina station, which is very close to our apartment. From Fiumicino we do not recommend the Leonardo Express train which costs 16 euros and connects the airport with Termini Station; from Termini it would then be necessary to reach Tiburtina station with considerable increase in time. - If you arrive at Tiburtina Station, you need to go to the 211 terminus, wait for the bus to leave and get off at the Tiburtina Ottoboni stop. 211 does not run on public holidays. Alternatively you can take the 309 (direction Santa Maria del Soccorso) and get off at the same Tiburtina Ottoboni stop. We are 100 meters from the Tiburtina Ottoboni stop. - If you arrive at Termini Station we do not recommend buses. In fact, you need to take Metro Line B towards Rebibbia and get off at Tiburtina Station. From here follow the instructions in the previous point. By taxi we travel the approximately 14 km that separate us from Ciampino in no more than twenty minutes at a very advantageous price especially if you are more than two people.
