Hot Tub/Pets/Wi-Fi - Brett's Falling Waters Cabin

View the cascading waterfall from the deck of this cheerful cabin while you enjoy a soak in the 4-man hot tub. Brett's Falling Waters Cabin is perfect for 2-4 guests who want to enjoy a mountain setting close to the excellent restaurants and attractions of Black Mountain (8 miles), downtown Asheville (8.1 miles) and the Biltmore Estate (12.8 miles). The space You will be renting the Cabin and the immediate surroundings. Living Room, Eat-in Kitchen with seating for 4 and two bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed. Single bathroom with shower. Fully equipped with pots and pans, the kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, both Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffeemakers and ice-maker refrigerator. A stacked front loader washer and dryer is also in the kitchen. A cozy gas log firebox lends ambiance and warmth to the Living Room with a 40" smart TV, Netflix and free WIFI. Outdoor amenities include a four-person hot tub on the gated front deck, a fire pit with wood supply, a gas barbeque grill and picnic table. Our cabin, towels and linens are cleaned with unscented EPA approved products between rentals. The hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled with spring water for every rental. Guest access Contact-less check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout no later than 10:00 AM. Access does not require 4-wheel drive. You will be crossing a shallow stream bed above the waterfall. The level, gravel driveway will accommodate two cars. No RVs or travel trailers please. Other things to note Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent are provided. Travel sized soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. Initial supplies of Keurig coffee pods, Mr. Coffee drip coffee filters, creamer, salt, pepper, oil, sugar and sweetener are provided. Condiments and spices are not provided. This is bear country. We also have squirrels, groundhogs, raccoons, possum, turkeys, bobcats and deer. To discourage wildlife visitors, food, coolers, pet food bowls should be kept indoors and not left outside on the deck or in your vehicle. Trash cans are located in the basement.
