The Moses Suite is in the water-edge community of Canarsie, Brooklyn. 15 minutes to JFK Airport. 30 min to Manhattan, the heart of NYC. 20 min to Barclays Stadium. 15 min to Coney Island beach, boardwalk and amusement park. 10 min to a 400 acre State Park and Recreation Area. 10 min to 24hr Subway and 1 min walk to 24hr bus. Two shopping malls, both a 10 min drive. Bank, gym, juice bar, barber and beauty salon, laundromat, restaurants and deli all in 5 min walk. Our space was recently modified to be compliant with NYC’s 2023 short term listing guidelines. It’s newly renovated, warm and inviting. It will make you feel like you are at home away from home. It features a living room with flat-screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, heat and WiFi is available to guests. The guest has access to the designated spaces upstairs, as well as a business section downstairs. The downstairs section has a computer, stationary, and a printer/copy machine/scanner. Fax is not available at this time. This neighborhood has its own highway access, as well as 24hr public transportation with the bus just steps away, subway trains within a 10 min walk, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis. We have a free parking space at night in the shared driveway, best suited for a car or SUV. I will be available in person or by phone during your stay for questions or to socialize. My neighborhood is a friendly one, my neighbors look out for each other. They know you will be visiting and want you to feel safe. There is plenty to do, places to go, especially as a family, which I mentioned earlier. The Canarsie Pier and shore front park has many activities and space for gathering and BBQ's, as well as a beautifully revamped and well-lit walking/biking trail that extends to nearby parks in both directions and beyond for miles. Also in the area are 2 business shopping districts within walking range, and 2 major shopping mall areas the next shore-front neighborhood over on either side. Getting around is very easy, the Canarsie Subway station is 0.4 mi away, which is walking distance from the apartment. Four bus routes stop near our corner and runs in every direction(north, south, east, and west) around the clock, including an Express bus that can bring you to Manhattan, the heart of New York City, in 30 minutes depending on traffic. The Moses Suite is a 2 story duplex with 2 upper floor bedrooms, with queen size beds available for the listing. It is not wheelchair accessible, it is accessible by stairway only. We do not rent rooms separately. One reservation gets both rooms.
