This gorgeous property offers you scenic views from every room. The garden area along with the facade of the house is going to transport you back to the colonial era. The space Let me walk you through the space : Property Structure : Ground Villa + 1 Villa Bedrooms - 1 Bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor. A bedroom on the first floor has a 280 degree view of the valley. - All bedrooms have a king sized bed. One room on the first floor has 2 beds. Extra bedding can be provided on request(Charges applicable ) - There is a sofa seater to accommodate 7 people. Bathroom - The Villa has 3 bathrooms. - Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are provided. - Solar geyser are available in all the bathrooms. Kitchens and Meals: - The kitchen on the property is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a gas stove - Drinking water available. - Cooking is allowed on the property. - Caretaker can cook at an additional charge. - Cutlery and crockery are available. - BBQ and Bonfire are available at an additional charges. Outdoor Area: - The villa has an outdoor lawn area. - The villa has a bonfire and a BBQ area that can be set up at the lawn area at an additional charge upon request. Additional Amenities: - BBQ, Bonfire, Badminton, Carrom, Jenga and other board games are available. - Music speaker available. - 4 secured parking space available - A solar inverter is available, in the event of a power failure. - Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests, if required. House Rules: - Music allowed till 9 pm, so as to not disturb other patrons. - Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas of the Villa - A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected upon arrival in cash. The amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase, the checkout time is adhered to and no damages are done by guests. - Jacuzzi usage charges INR 1000/- per day - Heater usage charges INR 1000/- per day Guest access The location is at a 7 minute distance from Lawrence International School and 6 kms distance from Ooty Lake. Other things to note - WiFi is available (Its a complimentary service, in case of any issues, any compensation request shall not be entertained). - The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animal. - For mosquitoes, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. To ensure that we provide the best experience for all of our guests, we ask that you abide by our house rules. • Neighbourhood: Please be respectful of other guests and our neighbours. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am. • Number of Guests: Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the property. • Keep the space clean and tidy. Please dispose of all garbage and recyclables in the appropriate receptacles. • Check in / Check out: We require that all guests check out by 11am on the day of departure. • Damage: Any damage caused to the property during your stay must be reported immediately and you will be held responsible for the costs of repairs. • Injury: The host is not liable for any personal injury of any kind. • Tobacco products - We ask that you please refrain from spitting after consuming tobacco, as this can be deemed unsanitary and may result in a cleaning fee. Additionally, please be mindful of our other guests and the environment, and dispose of your tobacco products safely and responsibly. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Kindly make use of the dedicated smoking zone. • Pest & Flies: As you will be staying in midst of nature, there are high chances of any insects or mosquitoes entering the property. We would like to kindly request that you keep all windows and doors closed at all times in order to restrict them from entering the premises. Hence, in case you fail to do so, we shall not be liable for any monetary compensation under cleanliness violation. This is to ensure the comfort of your stay and to maintain the quality of our services. • Power Outage: We recognize the importance of having reliable electricity and (Complimentary) WIFI access during your stay, and we do our best to ensure that all our guests have a positive experience. In the unfortunate event of a power outage, we have backup inverters in all our villas to provide power for lights and fans for up to 3 hours under normal usage. Please note that air conditioning or any other heating/cooling devices will not work during this period. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. • Parties: Strictly NO DJ parties and events allowed. • Cooking: Mild cooking is allowed in the kitchen. Examples include heating food, making tea or coffee. However, multi-course meals and any cooking that requires extended use of the kitchen and its appliances are strictly prohibited. We also kindly ask you to clean up after your meals. Please dispose of all food waste in the provided garbage can and wipe down the kitchen counter, stove, and other surfaces you have used. Spoiled surface may attract pests for which we shall not be liable in case of any complaints arise due to the same. In the event that you fail to abide by the above policies mentioned, we will not be held liable and no monetary compensation will be honoured.
