Guests have private access via a full deck with gorgeous views of trees. Professionally decorated in modern farmhouse style, all furniture and accessories are brand new! This property is situated within 7 acres of one of the most picturesque roads in Franklin, TN. Short 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown Franklin, 7 minutes to Tennessee's hidden favorite Leipers Fork and just 3 minutes down the road from the famous Southall Farms. The space This loft is above the 4 car garage and does not share any walls with the main home. There is a separate stair entrance with private deck to enter the space with a keypad. Guest access Guests will receive a code to access the keypad to The Loft at their convenience. Feel free to roam the property, swing on the tree swing and pet the ponies over the fence. No access is allowed within the gated pool area. Other things to note There is a Keurig coffee machine for your use. A supply of 6 pods are included for your stay and more available upon request.
