Currently the master bedroom, 2nd Bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living room are furnished. One unfurnished room with queen size mattress and nihht stand. New 4K Television and with Antenna for live TV, Roku pre-loaded along with many apps such as Netflix, Vudu and Amazon Video. Guests are welcome to use these apps as I don't have cable. Master bedroom has another Roku TV with same apps available. I have WiFi available and reaches the whole house well and it has been very fast. Smaller room has unstacked bunk beds ideal for children. Guest access Every room and backyard will be accessible to guest. Other things to note The area has a lot of places for shopping, dining or night life. The closest shopping center is Las Palmas Marketplace on George Dieter Dr. Doorbell camera directed at driveway and backyard camera directed to storage unit.
