The two-story layout features three bedrooms upstairs — one with a queen bed and two with split-king beds — while the ground floor includes a kitchen, a sitting room, and a bathroom. Comforts, kitchen and breakfast: The accommodation includes a kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, plus a dining table, seating area, and a TV. Air conditioning, bathrobes, and a hairdryer are among the comforts provided. The property offers full breakfast provisions, which guests particularly appreciate. Outdoors, shop and travel: Selected units and outdoor areas feature a patio, outdoor furniture, barbecue, and dining space. The property’s extensive gardens are a focal point, and the on-site shop showcases woolen goods from the flock. Adelaide Airport is about 63 miles away. The Head Gardeners Cottage is a one story building that was once the Head Gardeners residence. It sits in its own cottage garden with covered deck, seating and back garden with BBQ. It has been beautifully converted into a self contained Bed and Breakfast accommodations. There are three Queen bedrooms on the left of the hallway. Two very comfortable sitting rooms, a fully set up kitchen (Incl. dishwasher, espresso machine) and one bathroom (shower) complete the cottage. The Head Gardeners Cottage features heating facilities in each room and ducted air conditioning. The rate is set per room occupied (maximum 2 occupants per room).
