"The Penthouse" is one of the idyllic holiday homes of Casa Mauri, located in the historical mountain village of Santa Engràcia. The village is situated on a rocky outcrop and offers spectacular views of the Tremp Valley and the Spanish Pyrenees. The nature here is overwhelming and the beautiful surroundings can be discovered in many ways: walking, cycling, swimming, rafting, and climbing are just a few of the activities you can undertake! The space The entrance of the apartment is located on the patio. The living room is equipped with a dining area, a sofa, and two armchairs. Large windows offer views to the spacious roof terrace with stunning views to the south. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee machine, plus a good assortment of dishes and cooking utensils. Beyond the kitchen is the bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The adjacent bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The apartment has a television with HDMI connection and free Wifi. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the shared patio, where there is a barbecue and a washing machine. Mountainbikes can be parked here in a dry spot. Other things to note Because the old streets of Santa Engràcia are too narrow for cars, the last 200 meters from the village parking lot to the house must be walked. Therefore, we help our guests upon arrival (and departure) with their luggage, which we bring to the house with a quad bike and trailer.
