Central Hotel-Apart Munich is located in the Berg am Laim district in a very quiet location east of the city center, surrounded by cozy inns/restaurants as well as shops for shopping for daily needs (bakery, butcher, pharmacies, supermarkets). The city center can be reached within about 12 minutes due to the easy access to public transport. Neue Messe München with its important events is about 4 km away. The space Our DeluxePlus rooms were completely newly renovated in 2010 and, in addition to a brand new kitchenette, also have a new and modernly designed bathroom as well as a new flooring (carpet or laminate). All DeluxePlus rooms are equipped with health beds, telephone and satellite TV - some even with flat screens. In each bathroom there is a make-up mirror and a hair dryer at your disposal. A functional workspace with Wi-Fi access is also available in the DeluxePlus rooms. The single rooms have a size of about 23 m2 and are equipped with a single bed. The double rooms are about 28 m2, have a double bed or two separate beds as well as partial balcony. Arrival by train From Munich Central Station: Take the subway line U2 towards Messestadt Ost to the Josephsburg stop. From there, it is only about 150 m walk to the hotel. From Ostbahnhof: Take tram 21 towards St.-Veit-Straße to the Baumkirchner Straße stop. Turn into the street of the same name and after about 100 m you will reach our hotel. Arrival by plane (Munich Airport – Franz Josef Strauß) Take the S-Bahn line S1 to the main train station and continue with the U-Bahn U2 towards Messestadt Ost to Josephsburg (150 m walk to the hotel). Or take the S-Bahn line S8 to Ostbahnhof, then tram 21 towards St.-Veit-Straße to Baumkirchner Straße (100 m walk).
