Route 30 is one minute away and will take to you Lancaster, Hershey, and Gettysburg, If you are a history buff, you will love stepping back in time in this house, with it's hardwood floors, stone exterior, slate roof and large back porch in the beautiful York countryside. You will enjoy expansive views of country from the back porch and three acres of grounds from the front. A lovely creek runs beside the property in the front. There are five bedrooms available for private rest at night with three and a half bathrooms available for your family's comfort. A fully furnished renovated kitchen equipped with modern appliances and comfortable seating provides all the essentials you need to create culinary delights - all you have to provide are the ingredients! Two large dining room tables on the first floor provide the space needed to host a multi-family gathering. The house has comfortable sheets and towels to make your stay pleasant. There is a game room on the first floor featuring a pool table and lots of games and books. There is a modern washer and dryer in the basement area. Guest access The entire home is available to you, except the apartment suite over the garage, which is available for an additional fee. There are no other owners or tenants who stay at the property during your stay. Other things to note There is a two car garage that is available for your use if you care to park your cars inside. The garage will accommodate most cars and SUVS but will not be tall enough or wide enough for trucks or larger vehicles.
