The space The Pinot Dome is set on a large private raised deck with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding vines and valley. Only a short stroll from the Swinging Gate cellar door it's a perfect spot to relax, unwind and enjoy the local fine wine and produce. Complete with comfortable king size bed, bar fridge, breakfast facilities, and ensuite. Your stay comes with a free wine tasting at the Swinging Gate Cellar Door and a complimentary bottle of wine, a Tasmanian cheese platter and a voucher for a light breakfast at one of the friendly local cafés. Options like the Tasmanian Tasting Platter with sessional local produce will ensure you and your partner can escape the stress of everyday life and soak up the wonderful Tasmanian wilderness and delights without sacrificing home comforts. This is Tasmania at its’ finest and our 'dome away from home' is a unique experience to savour. Guest access You can access your dome by following the path 50m down the hill from the cellar door. First, collect your key from the safe box beside the Cellar Door entrance (we will provide you with the code). Feel free to pop in and say hello to Doug and the team. Other things to note Please note that Wifi is not available in your accommodation, but is fully accessible at the cellar door, where you are more than welcome to sit and email all your friends about the amazing place you are staying. As part of our eco-friendly approach we recommend guest conserve water as much as possible and limit your shower time. We have a 120 litre Hot Water tank which will provide you with a comfortable 10min showers. Should you run out of hot water, instructions are provided onsite. This extends to the power supply to the dome, and we recommend you use the supplied hairdryer when the heater is running. Should you wish to use your own hair drier, please ensure the heater is turned off for the time of use.
