Welcome to your secret cosy getaway, self contained and located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Own front entrance leading to a unique bright spacious suite comprising studio/bedroom with super king size bed/two single beds, shower room and doors onto patio with table and chairs to watch the sun go down. Hot tub bookable on first come first served basis at an extra charge of £35. Home from home with comfy sofa and books to enjoy. Every little detail has been thought out carefully! The space Extremely large studio room with a vaulted beamed ceiling, it is a double aspect room facing west and is very bright. It has a superking size bed which can also be used as two single beds, large TV and sofa with dedicated shower room. Sofa, chest of drawers, hanging space, our own branded toiletries, magnifying make up mirror, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bottled water. All of our bed linen is Egyptian cotton with Indulgence duvets and pillows and lovely fluffy towels. There are double doors which lead into the garden with table and chairs. Books and DVDs to enjoy. Sorry no pets allowed. Minimum 2 nights. Large flat screen TV. Wifi. We have a 6 seater hot tub. This is available every day on a first come first served basis and is charged at £35 per room per day/night and is for your unlimited exclusive use. We are located on the road from Chichester down to West Wittering beach and surrounded by fields with horses and amazing scenery and walks. Guest access As our house was originally two cottages knocked into one, the front of the house is for exclusive use of our guests so that they have their own front door, bedroom and dedicated shower room. We use the back door when in residence. There are French windows leading onto our beautiful garden with table and two chairs outside the Garden Room for your use. Ample space for parking.
