Room for couple with balcony

Bedroom for rent upstairs from our house, in a very quiet country village. Halfway between Annecy and Geneva. Close to our home: - Geneva (30 minutes) with Lake Geneva, Old Town and Arena for concerts - Annecy (45 mins) with Lake, Old Town and Arcadium for shows - les autoroutes Lyon- Annecy, Lyon-Genève, et Chamonix The space Bedroom with a double bed (1.90 x 2.40) with a balcony, a bathroom to share if the other rooms are rented, a dining room or a terrace for breakfast/meal. We are living on the ground floor. Guest access You will have access: - to the shared bathroom (if the other rooms are rented) - in the kitchen microwave, to warm up a cooked dish - an electric kettle, for teas, herbal teas and cafes (1€) - a sodastream for sparkling water (€1.50 per bottle) During your stay We live on the ground floor, so easily available. Other things to note There are also a large number of sites nearby: - the Vitam-parc aquatic center and the Maison du Père-Noël, the Parc des Terouvantailles, and the village of Les Flottins in Evian, - various restaurants and supermarkets, - the Grand-Bornand, the Gets, and the Jura ski resorts, - panoramic view of Annecy and Geneva, with their lakes, easily accessible during a walk in Salève - 5 minutes by car from the Abaie de Pomier (weddings, events...)
