Room for couple with balcony

Room for rent on the first floor of our house, in a very quiet country village. Halfway between Annecy and Geneva. Close to our place: - Geneva (30 min) with Lake Geneva, the old town and the Arena for concerts - Annecy (45 min) with the Lake, the old town and the Arcadium for shows - Lyon-Annecy, Lyon-Geneva, and Chamonix highways The space Bedroom with a double bed (1.90 x 2.40) with a balcony, a bathroom to share if the other rooms are rented, a dining room or a terrace for breakfast/meals. We live on the ground floor. Guest access You will have access to: - the shared bathroom (if the other rooms are rented) - the microwave in the kitchen, to heat a cooked dish - an electric kettle, for teas, herbal teas and coffees (€1) - a soda stream for sparkling water (€1.50 per bottle) During your stay We live on the ground floor, so we are easily available. Other things to note There are also a large number of nearby sites: - the Vitam-parc aquatic center and the house of Santa Claus, the Parc des Épouvantailles, and the village of Flottins in Evian, - various restaurants and supermarkets, - ski resorts in Grand-Bornand, Les Gets, and Jura, - panoramic view of Annecy and Geneva, with their lakes, easily accessible on a walk to Salève - 5 minutes by car from the Abbey of Pomier (weddings, events...)
