15 ground-floor units with 7 standard studios sleep 1-3 with shower and bathroom; 5 kitchen studios sleep 1-3 with full kithcen; 3 x 1-bedroom family units sleep 2-6 with a lounge and kitchen area. All units have TV , heat pump, microwave, toaster, bar fridge, cutlery, hairdryer, WiFi internet access, Sky TV channels, electric blankets, iron/ironing board; all units with queen-size and single-size beds. Directions: Coming down SH 4 from Hamilton, when you come to a roundabout, cross the river at the first bridge and you are there. From Bulls turn off onto SH 4 before you get into town and come up the river until you come to a roundabout where you cross the river. Coming from New Plymouth come down the main street to the 2nd traffic lights, turn to the left towards the river. This heated studio offers a kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigetor.
