We are generally on site for a short time each day and are located nearby, so we are always available to respond when needed. Located on a quiet street with only 6 or 7 houses between the bay and the beach Island Getaway is ideally located for all of your vacation needs. 8th Street is only accessible via Gulf Drive, so there is no thru traffic. The area (and most of AMI) has a very laid back relaxed, beachy feel. The old Florida feel you've been looking for! Beach access is at the end of the block and we are located a few blocks from Bridge Street. The area is very pedestrian friendly. You can also rent golf carts, motor scooters or bicycles. Each unit has use of an assigned parking space but you do not need a car to enjoy Anna Maria Island.
