Alpine Resort Sportalm

Hotel Sportalm is in the heart of Plangeroß, 5 minutes’ drive from the ski slopes. The hotel features spa and massage facilities and an indoor swimming pool. The free shuttle bus to the ski slopes departs from right outside the hotel. Guests also receive free use of snow shoes. The Sportalm staff will happily arrange activities like guided snow shoe hikes in winter as well as hikes in the summer, sledding in the evening or wine tastings. All bedrooms at Sportalm Hotel feature satellite TV and private bathrooms. Decorated in traditional Tyrolean style with wooden furniture, most rooms are also equipped with a balcony, providing views of the mountains above Plangeroß. Some rooms also feature a tiled stove. The buffet breakfast includes free range eggs and freshly baked bread. In the afternoon, cake and small snacks are offered. For dinner the restaurant serves regional specialties and weekly themed buffets. The Edelweissstrand is the hotel’s spa and health club, offering a full range of luxury treatments and facilities. Guests can relax in a steam bath set within an amethyst cavern and in the Finnish as well as the herbal sauna. Free on-site parking is available. This suite features a bathrobe and seating area 1 extra bed is possible.
