This house is great because it's located just off of the main road (Ottawa Beach Road) that goes out to the beach. Head the other direction and there's a cross street (River Street) going right into downtown Holland. There are taxis, Ubers, and Lyft drivers. There's a driveway that can accommodate 4 cars and a 2 stall garage. This home has the REME HALO-LED whole home in-duct air purification system installed.
