Apartments located less than 500 m from the sandy, wide beach of the Baltic Sea, 10 minutes from the center and the famous promenade. Cottages with an area of about 40 -50 m², ideal for 4 – 6 people or 4-8 people. Cottages with balconies, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. Equipped with two AIR CONDITIONERS!!! An additional electric heater in the bathroom. For non-compliance with the rules of waste segregation, a penalty will be charged in the amount of double the amount of final cleaning for the house – DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT, -We accept pets (1 animal/1 house), after prior agreement by phone. Additional fee - the amount of the fee depends on the weight of the dog - payable on site. Other things to note The electricity fee is additionally charged in the amount of PLN 2 per kWh. Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed in the facility only after reporting this fact and obtaining consent during booking. Prior arrangement is required for pets. The number of pet-friendly cottages is limited. Pet stay reported at the time of booking - for an additional fee of PLN 30/day (under 10 kg) or PLN 70/day (over 10 kg). Maximum 1 dog in the house (no exceptions). A dry sauna is available for an additional fee of PLN 200 per hour Parking is additionally paid PLN 40/day - the owner of the facility guarantees 1 parking space per 1 house. Please note that the number of additional parking spaces is limited – failure to request an additional parking space at the time of booking may result in a lack of available spaces. Please note that the Elizjum tenement houses are divided into two centers: Elizjum 1 and Elizjum 2, on two adjacent plots. At the time of check-in, a valid photo ID and card are required.
