"Alcaidía" House - Mirador de la Alcaidía Complex

Experience true nature at our rural complex of 3 detached houses! The perfect time and place to create new memories as a family, couple, with friends or with yourself. By finding us at the top of the Natural Park hill they will have no neighbors and we offer "the best views of the mountain and the village" according to our guests. It is the perfect place for a well-deserved rest. Pdta: Fully refurbished interiors and exteriors in February 2023. The space The house “La Alcaidía” has a living area of 120 m2. It consists of a living/dining room and an open kitchen with different points of ambient light and natural light from the outside with views of the gardens, a fireplace, air conditioning (hot/cold), a 50” SmartTV, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a fully equipped outdoor barbecue/grill and 3 bedrooms inside the room. In this case, each room has 2 beds with the possibility of adding one more, all with similar characteristics in quality and comfort described below. All rooms have windows with iron bars, blinds and roller blinds, general neutral light and warm ambient light on each nightstand, air conditioning hot/cold, 6-legged upholstered bases, double viscoelastic pocket spring mattresses (prevents deformation), medium thickness viscoelastic pillows by popular survey, 400 g Nordic duvet, Nordic duvet cover, mattress protector, breathable waterproof cover, fitted sheet, top sheet and pillowcase (all 50% cotton 50% polyester). All materials are hypoallergenic, mite-proof, breathable, and white. The beds in each room are dressed with velvet cushions of different sizes and thicknesses, as well as reversible two-tone high-quality velvet bedspreads. - BEDROOM 1: It consists of 2 single beds of 90x190 cm with the possibility of adding 1 extra bed of the same measurements. Guest access Common areas: Pool, beach bar, playground, gardens, full bathroom, pool, parking and farm. All in the heart of the Sierra de Hornachuelos Natural Park (Biosphere Reserve). Other things to note If you need more space, you can hire extra beds for €25 per person per night. We personally welcome and see off customers.
