Best of all you will love the to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, attractions and all the activities on Pompano Beach. This one bedroom one bath bungalow, has been recently remodeled and decorated. You will enjoy a new kitchen, bathroom and all new furnishings. Saltyside offers open concept kitchen, fully equipped. One private bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV. The cozy living room has a large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. All this at an affordable price, sleeps a maximum of 4 people. All linens provided including beach towels, 3 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and beach toys. Do you need a crib or high chair for a little one? just let us know. This apartment is part of a property which has self standing buildings and 3 rental unit. Shared laundry room in the back of the property with a full size coin $1.25 washer and $1.25 dryer ( you will need your own laundry detergent) . The parking is directly in front of the property, number #3 belongs to Saltyside Bungalow, you will have 1 parking space assign per unit. Up to one pet allow with a one time non refundable pet fee of $75.00. Sorry pets are not allowed at the beach. Entire Apartment and entire common areas. Pompano Beach is located between famous Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale and the lighthouse Point and gives our guest everything they need. Divers paradise with a reef one mile in the ocean. The beach amenities includes children playground, water park, sand volley ball court, bicycle rentals, pier and new showers. Safe place and family friendly. If you may need more parking than what is provided, you may park in public parking around. There is public transportation one block away. You can walk to restaurants, bar, ice cream shop, convenient store, Pharmacy (three blocks away), Publix Supermarket (7 blocks away). If you choose not to walk, you can take the water taxi or water trolley, call Uber or Lyft.
