The space Located upstairs in the Main House with access to the balcony which overlooks our beautiful oak grove, this room has 2 queen beds and comes with it's own very large double sink bathroom. This room Comes with 2 different Price Rates! Available Rates include With Breakfast or Without Breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8:30am-9:00am Let the Innkeeper know at before 4pm on the day of your check-in if you desire breakfast. Complimentary coffee is available in the kitchen. Except for holidays and special events, there is a three night minimum stay required for this particular room. You may call to see if available for your desired dates. Refrigerator access downstairs in the kitchen, and ice upon request. Please eat all food in the dining room.
