This unit features an open concept kitchen and dining area making this unit a perfect locale for relaxing with friends. Each unit at Ponce City Market is furnished with high thread count linens, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and access to secure parking. The 80-year old building was a southeast hub for Sears Roebuck & Co.; every flat includes original features such as the brick walls and concrete block that offer textural character. Architectural details such as freshly sealed-and-stained concrete floors, steel-frame windows and enclosed glass showers juxtapose the best of modern living with historical appeal. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
