Come and experience all that Jordan River has to offer. The space This spacious house has two inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaker tub and a refreshing rain shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and forest views. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area blends indoor and outdoor living, creating an expansive and harmonious space. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials. Coffee beans, a grinder, and a drip coffee maker are provided for your convenience. In addition to the bedrooms, the hallway illuminated by a skylight leads to a second full bathroom, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and an enclosed back room perfect for storing gear, a dog crate or setting up a pack-and-play. Relax in the living area surrounded by large windows, comfy couches draped with blankets, and a cozy wood-burning stove. Step outside to enjoy the covered patio, BBQ, fire pit, and private hot tub with a heated outdoor shower—perfect for unwinding rain or shine. Nestled at the top of the driveway, our house basks in sunlight filtering through the trees. Please note that there is a separate cabin at the bottom of the driveway where our family often resides, both situated on our 2.5-acre forested lot. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, fenced in backyard, private outdoor hot tub and heated shower. Other things to note PETS: We know that pets are family and they are welcome to come along for the adventure! We have a maximum of one pet and there is a $75 pet fee and the expectation that the house rules regarding pets are to be respected. POWER OUTAGES Power outages can happen in the area especially during the fall and winter months. Please be prepared that they are a possibility. Based on the duration of your stay a stack of firewood and kindling is provided to have a warm fire in the wood burning stove. There are candles and a lantern available, a BBQ to cook on, and the gift of being able to truly disconnect.
