Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire premises for the duration of their vacation. Other things to note The rental rate for rentals less than 30 days is inclusive of all utilities (e.g. central air, WiFi, flat screen tvs with streaming capability, professional pool and garden maintenance, etc.) and all other costs with the exception of the final cleaning fee, tax, and pool heating (optional). For rentals of 28 days or more we offer significant monthly discounts. Please note that utilities, care of the grounds, pool cleaning/maintenance, snow/ice removal, and garbage pick up are extra. There is no county tax on rentals of 30 days or more but NY state sales tax is applied to all rentals less than 90 days. For all stays longer than two weeks, interim cleanings are required and are additional. The pool will be closed during the colder months. Please inquire about pool opening during April and early May? If the home requires extra cleaning after departure, additional cleaning charges will be the responsibility of the guest.
