COZY, BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING 3 bedroom FIRST FLOOR apartment, located in Loiza, PR. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, you will feels like your at your own home, need nothing. Just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach, close to water sport activities, bars and restaurants. The complex have 5 pools, a water slide and a water park a lazy river, 2 hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball, mini golf and playgrounds for the little ones. Just enjoy the view and stay! The space The apartment 7701 is one of the few apartments in front of the main pool and jacuzzi. The main pool has a water park style with a slide. The apartment includes the best accommodations: High-speed internet and Wifi, home theater system, 52” flat screen TV and Cable with HD channels. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Guest access *Guest have access to the entire apartment except one utility closet, which remains locked. *Guests have full access to all facilities of Aquatika. *Unregistered visitors are allowed at the complex. *Resort bracelets are required to be worn by guests to use the facilities and to maintain the security of owners and guests. The apartment includes beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. *NO SMOKING OR VAPING are allowed inside the apartment. A fee of $500 will be charged if noticed. * We hope you take care of our apartment as yours. Other things to note -Guest should wear their wristbands all the time. 5 POOLS available: -Open from 9am to 1am. -The pool slide and waterpark open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. -The pool slide and splash area open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. -No drink, eat or alcohol are allowed near the pools. It should be 6ft of distance. -Access gate to the Beach: 7am to 7pm -Children under 12 years old MUST be accompanied by and adult. -Pets are not allowed in the pool and surrounding areas We will be happy to host you. Weather in PR is usually very nice. Relaxing at our Cozy Apartment is a great treat. Disclaimer Note: Loss of power and/or water outages may occur during your stay due to natural occurrences or issues with local utility companies. Issues that are out of the host's control will be worked tediously by host. However, the host will not be accountable for such events. Peak hurricane season dates are 10-15 September, and hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th. Good news is that we are past the peak season, and we have been very fortunate missing major hurricanes last years. You should always consider travel insurance or plan accordingly as a precautionary measure. U
